1. Scope
This policy applies to all purchases made on our website for herbal skincare & haircare products.
2. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the herbal and hygiene-sensitive nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once opened or used.
If you receive a wrong, damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
3. How to Report a Problem
Email support@vishuddhibotanics.com
with your Order ID, description of the issue, photographs of the product and packaging, and a mandatory unboxing video showing the product being opened for the first time. Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
4. Replacement & Refunds
If approved:
We will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
If replacement isn’t possible, we will issue a refund within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Eligibility
Your claim will only be considered if:
Notification is within 48 hours of delivery.
Product is unused and in original sealed condition (in case of wrong/damaged item).
Valid proof of purchase, photos and unboxing video provided.
6. Policy Changes
We may update this policy. Changes will be posted here and the “Last Updated” date will be revised.
